1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by BayHosting.Pro ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BayHosting.Pro offers hosting services including, but not limited to, game servers, dedicated servers, virtual server hosting, database servers, and related software solutions. Service availability may vary and is subject to maintenance and updates.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities.
• Hosting malicious content such as malware, phishing, or spam.
• Attempting to disrupt or overload our systems (DDoS, brute force, etc.).

Sharing your account credentials without authorization.

4. Payments & Billing

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

Invoices are automatically generated and issued three (3) days prior to the service’s expiration date. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure invoices are paid on time.

If payment is not received within twenty-four (24) hours after the service expiration, the associated service may be automatically suspended.

If payment remains unpaid for seven (7) days after suspension, the service and all associated data may be permanently terminated and deleted. BayHosting.Pro is not responsible for any data loss resulting from unpaid services.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise required by law, payments made are generally non-refundable once services are provisioned.

6. Limitation of Liability

BayHosting.Pro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance of major changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your services if you violate these Terms or fail to make timely payments. You may also request termination of your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of jurisdiction.
